- Description
- This Modification is issued to correct the closing or response date to 08-13-2003. All other requirements remains the same NSN 6840-01-284-3982, Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-4410, Insect Repellent, Personal Application, LT03163012481, Other than full and open competition, commercial for Insect repellent, 3M Corp P/N 160, CAGE 76381. Solicitation will result in (RTC) Requirement Type Contract for one year with an option to extend the terms for (4) additional years. Estimated annual quantity is 38, 000 boxes. No guaranteed minimum or maximum quantity per year. Solicitation will have two line items for stock location Tracy, CA and Richmond VA Depot. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will be Destination, QAP 251. Solicitation will contain EPA provision and does not contain progress payment. The solicitation will be issue on July 23, 2003 with a closing date of August 13, 2003.
