Description

THIS REQUIREMENT IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The NAICS code is 541611 with a size standard of $6.0 million. The National Institute of Standards and Technology intends to competitively award an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for support services for the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) 360vu Brand in the performance of its mission to provide standards, techniques, and products for world class consulting solutions that bring America's small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to the most productive, profitable, and competitive position in the world. The period of performance will be a base period of twelve months and four (4) 12-month option periods. Specific tasks will include SME market assessments and analyses; product and solution development and acquisition to meet identified SME needs; market development and account management; product solution distribution and support; and integrated knowledge management and 360vu communities of practice. This will be a performance-based contract and the Performance Work Statement will be available in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation (RFP) will be issued on or about July 22, 2003 on Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) at www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS and are totally the responsibility of the Offeror. No mailing lists will be kept and no hard copy of the RFP will be available. All small businesses may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Numbered Notes 1 and 26.
