- Description
- It is the government?s intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Spotfire, Inc., 212 Elm Street, Somerville, MA 02144 for Spotfire Decisionpoint license and maintenance renewal. Spotfire Decisionpoint 7.1 is a proprietary software system with high capability for the analysis DNA microarray and proteomics data. The award will be issued for a base period and two (2) 12 month options years. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotations. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. RFQ is not available. See numbered Note 22.
