Description

PROJECT SYNOPSIS REPLACE ROOF, COMPONENT REPAIR SQUADRON, BLDG 8130 Project calls for the replacement of built-up roofing, rigid insulation, gutters and downspouts, and gravel guards/fascia at approximately 20,700 square foot, single-story component repair shop, Building 8130, at Dyess AFB, Texas. The facility was originally built in the early 1960?s with three additions constructed since then. The configuration of the existing roof is a combination of roof sections of various slopes. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 235610 with a size standard of $12M. This will be a Competitive HUBZone set-aside. A Site Visit is scheduled for July 29, 2003 at Dyess AFB, Contracting Office @ 1000 hrs.
