- *****MODIFICATION -Please note that this requirement is for one (1) base year and four (4) one-year option periods.***** Request for non-personal service contract for a maintenance support agreement for all software and hardware associated with the 78th Civil Engineer Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR 13 will be utilized. This is a sole source requirement for Advanced Control Systems and the applicable coverage period is October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004.
