- A MODIFICATION IS ISSUED TO CORRECT PRICE PERFORMANCE PROCEDURES TO READ: PRICE PERFORMANCE TRADE-OFF - COMPETITIVE BUY. ALSO JANE HARGIS (CONTRACT NEGOTIATOR) IS ADDED AS A SECOND POINT OF CONTACT. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The request for proposal will be posted on or about 11 July 2003. Requirements will be for a firm, fixed price for requirements contract for revetment kits, NSN: 5450-00-456-3307, P/N: 93107932, BEQ of 25 units per year for 5 years. Data IAW 1423. Applicable numbered notes: 26 (non-commercial). Only known source is EASI (Engineered Air Systems Inc.). First Article is required from all others. Price Performance Trade-off Sole Source Procedures apply.
