Description

NA Work consists of removing lead paint, painting exterior walls, remove and install floor tile, upgrade lighting, door replacement, and repair exterior fence. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. T he estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Progr am. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 236220 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $28.5 m illion.
