Description

NA The Government intends to acquire Fetal Bovine Serum, for in vitro diagnostic use. The minimum requirement of the government for this acquisition is 1500 500ml bottles. Total requirement is 1500 to 3000 500ml bottles depending on funding availability at the time of award and the number of acceptable proposals. The Government will consider as minimally acceptable any individual offer for a lot of 500 to 1500 500ml bottles. Further, multiple offers by individual offerors are permissible but, no individual offer shall exceed a lot quantity of 3000 500ml bottles. Offerors shall submit one (1) 500ml bid sample for each lot and descriptive literature of each lot for testing with the offer. Delivery of bid samples shall be FOB Destination to USAMRIID, Building 1425, M/F Dr. Mary Kate Hart, Frederick, MD 21702-5011. Multiple awards are possible. Offerors shall be registered with the Center for Devices and Radiological Health. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all offerors are reminded that all Federal contra ctors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The CCR website is http://www.ccr2000.com. The SIC code for this requirement is 2835 and the NAICS code is 325413. The size standard for these codes is 500 employees. All respo nsible sources may submit an offer. Request for Proposals DAMD17-03-R-0025 is scheduled for release on or about 22 July 2003.
