Description

The National Park Service is soliciting quotations for asbestos removal and renovation of Building Nos. 34 and 35 located on the Blue Ridge Parkway, Milepost 245.5, Bluffs Maintenance Area, Laurel Springs (Allegheny County), North Carolina. Both buildings are used for employee housing. The work includes removal and disposal of asbestos siding panels; installing new vinyl siding; installing new windows; painting interior window trim; installing new gutters and downspouts; and site restoration. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. The NAICS code is 238390. The small business size standard is $12 million.
