Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Aircraft Division at Patuxent River, MD has a SOLE SOURCE requirement to purchase electrical pallet assemblies, electrical control box assemblies, manifold assemblies, heat sinks, light assemblies, and circuit card assemblies. The government intends to contract on a sole source basis under Request for Quotation N00421-03-T-0181 with ENVIRO Systems, Inc. (ESI), 4000 HWY 99N, Seminole, OK 74868-9442. ESI is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the components. This procurement is being processed in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Procurement will be made via a DPAS DX-A1 rated government purchase order, which will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 14, 22 May 2003 and DFARS DCN 20030430. The applicable NAICS code is 336413 and the applicable FSC code is J016. Responses to this notice of intent to negotiate with ESI should be submitted no later than 22 July 2003 via email to Ms. Mary Ann Foran at ForanMA@navair.navy.mil. Electronic responses shall include company name, single point of contact, telephone number, complete address, and company business size. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See Numbered Note 22.
