Description: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency is contemplating awarding, on a sole source basis, a contract modification to contract DTRA01-02-C-0056 with Bakhtar Associates. The contract provides for testing and optimizing the characterization and capability of shielded nuclear material detection. The end product will be a transportable rapid prototype detector. This is not a call for competitive proposals. SEE NOTE 22.
