Description

The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, has requirement for Purchase and Delivery of Ammunition ? 711,000 Rounds of 5.56 MM or Equivalent to Fort Bragg, NC 28310. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All quotes must reference the Request for Solicitation number USZA92-03-T-0041. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-14. It is the Contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with all applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is: 332992. The Size Standard is: 1,000 employees. This requirement is open to all sizes of businesses.
