- Description
- Air Combat Command (ACC) is serving as the lead MAJCOM in acquiring services to support the HH-60G PAVE HAWK helicopter T-1 HAVE CSAR MOD. ACC anticipates awarding a sole source contract to Engineering Development Labs at Hurlburt Field, FL IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The contractor shall provide complete technical services for all maintenance engineering activities necessary to maintain, correct deficiencies, re-host software, switch Group A wiring during aircraft swap out, support mission planning, and program any support equipment including: the Digital Transfer Module (DTM), Fujitsu 2300 knee top computer (ELMO), Multi Mission Advanced Tactical Terminal (MATT), Survivor/Threat Electronic Notation (ELNOT), and Grenadier Brat (GB) necessary for the HH-60G PAVE HAWK helicopter T-1 HAVE CSAR MOD in Operation Northern Watch and Operation Southern Watch. The period of performance will cover a one-year base period with two, one-year options. The place of performance is at various locations in Turkey and Kuwait. The government expects to make award on or about 15 Aug 01, with a performance start date of 1 Oct 01. This action will be issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) on or about 9 Jul 01. Interested parties should respond to this office NLT 20 Jun 01 via e-mail to this office. The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies will not be made available.
