- Description
- The government intends to enter into a sole source agreement to extend Contract Number F05604-97-C-9004 with Mason & Hanger Corporation to Operate, Maintain, and Logistically Support (OM&S) the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS) from 1 Apr 03 to 30 Sep 03. Offerors wishing to receive information on this requirement must submit their request in writing to the Contracting Officer by 03 Dec 02. This requirement is for 24 hour, 7 days-per-week non-personal services in support of the 10 SWS at Cavalier Air Station (AS), North Dakota. PARCS provides tactical and missile warning assessments, space surveillance, tracking, reporting and Space object identification on earth satellite vehicles. Contract services include, but are not limited to, overall program management, training, site operations, communications-electronics maintenance, computer operations, LAN/Software support, supply support, civil engineering support, environmental management, security, transportation, vehicle maintenance, calibration, Military Strategic Tactical and Relay System (MILSTAR), Military Family Housing Maintenance (MFH), local purchase and safety. Performance will be for a 6-month period (01 Apr 03 to 30 Sep 03) by extending the current contract.
