Description

Purchase 30 each Electro Magnetic Interference Filters, Part Number: 122200-19. Sole Source to Kaiser Electronics, 2701 Orchard Parkway, San Jose CA 95134. See Note 22 for Sole Sourcing. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation - Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offerors Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items). IAW clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors. Written Procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quotations may be faxed to (478)926-3590, please include payment terms. The approx. issue/response date is 06 Jun 2003. The anticipated award date will be 10 Jun 2003. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. All contractors have to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for a government award.
