- Air Combat Command (ACC) Contracting Squadron released the Primary Training Range (PTR) Solicitation Number F44650-99-R0002 on Friday 16 April 1999. The solicitation can be found on the EPS web site at http://www.eps.gov. In accordance with subject Solicitation Part IV, Section L, Clause L-312, the following details are provided regarding the PTR Site Visits and Pre-proposal Conference: SITE VISITS: Sites visits will be held at Harrison Electronic Scoring Site at 0800, 27 Apr 99; Melrose Electronic Combat/Bombing and Gunnery Range at 0900, 28 Apr 99; and Holloman AFB Bombing and Gunnery Ranges on 0800, 29 _ 30 Apr 99. Offerors are responsible to make their own arrangements to arrive at the site at the designated time and date. Due to the firm schedule of events, late arrivals cannot be accommodated. All site visits will start promptly on the dates and locations specified above. See directions and other details posted separately on the EPS website. Submit names and details of all attendees prior to 4pm EST on 23 April 1999 to: larry.hoppes@holloman.af.mil, james.hudgins@cannon.af.mil, raymond.dubois@nellis.af.mil, and acccons.lgcoranges@langley.af.mil. If email is not available, you may fax information to Capt Klopfer, ACC CONS, (757) 764-8602; MSgt Hudgins, Melrose, (505) 784-6282; Mr Hoppes, Holloman, (505) 475-3947; and Mr. Dubois, Nellis, (702) 652-3799. This information must be provided in advance to ensure access to the military base/conference site. Please provide the following clearance information: Name, Organization/Company, Phone Number, Social Security Number, Date/Place of Birth, and Security Clearance. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A pre-proposal conference will be conducted for the purpose of reviewing the solicitation and answering questions regarding this solicitation. The Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the Days Inn-Oyster Point, 11829 Fishing Point Drive, Newport News, VA on 6 May 99 from 0900-1530. When making reservations at the Days Inn, please say you are with the "PTR Pre-Proposal Conference." The Days Inn phone number is (757) 873-6700. Submit the names of all attendees to Captain Timothy Klopfer by e-mail (timothy.klopfer@langley.af.mil ) or by fax (757-764-8602) prior to 4pm EST on 3 May 1999. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure adequate seating for conference attendees. In addition, offerors are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted above, by e-mail only, not later than 10am EST on 3 May 1999. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.
