The services requested are for designing and implementing an Employee Satisfaction Survey. The updated RFQ shall be posted. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAY-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 08-JUL-2003.
