- MICROSOFT TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE: The Government intends to negotiate a non-competitive, sole source, commercial purchase order with Mircrosoft Corporation for technical support service for the Microsoft-based ACC Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC). This procurement is authorized in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed solicitation is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation document exists. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals via email to ronda.ford@langley.af.mil. Telephone requests will not be honored. A determination by the government to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
