Description

This is a solicitation for licensing and support of Anystearm Agility Workgroup CE Package, live Webcasting Option, and Support. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 51121 and size standard is $21,000,000.00. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has a requirement for the Anystearm Agility Workgroup CE Package for use by the American Forces Information Service (AFIS). This solicitation is small business set-aside. This serves as a notice of intent to award a contract on a sole-source basis among AUTHORIZED RESELLERS of the Anystearm Agility Workgroup CE Package, Live Webcasting Option, and Annual Support. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Please provide brochures or some other means of documentation to demonstrate your companies ability to satisfy the statement of work. Please keep the page limit to 10 pages (unless a pre-printed brochure is provided). Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this.
