Description

The Contractor shall custom-fabricate and manufacture two hundred thirty-six (236) bronze or brass wall sconce style luminaires as shown on Government-furnished drawing, with brass or bronze wall plate, brass or bronze door assembly with two glass lenses, electrical components, compact flourescent lamps and extra supplies/materials. Work of this contract includes fabrication and delivery of the luminaires for installation by the Government. Master patterns and match plates will become the property of the Government. Electrical components shall be listed and labeled by an independent, nationally recognized testing and labeling authority. Request for the solicitation package may be made either via facsimile to (202) 225-3221 or via e-mail to msherman@aoc.gov. Mark the request attention "Marlene A. Sherman" and be sure request contains company's current information i.e., company name, address, telephone number and return FAX numbers, and the name of a contact person. NOTE: RFP No. 030033 replaces RFP No. 020008 and RFP No. 010090. All parties who wish to receive a copy of RFP No. 030033 must fax or email its official request. RFP No. 030033 will not be automatically mailed to parties who requested a package under a previous solicitation number.
