Description: The US Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service in Dubois, ID has a requirement for a PTO vertical feed mixer The Jay-Lor model 3650 is the only known PTO powered mixer which can handle 650 CUFT 18.5 CUM per batch at.41 RPM with out exceeding 90 horsepower. A solicitation is not available for this requirement interested firms are encouraged to submit proposals by fax or mail to the attention of Fred Gifford as listed above. See numbered note 22.
