Description: A-76 Tentative Decision, Cost Comparison results for Clerical and Mailroom Support Services. The NRCS has completed USDA Express Review studies for Clerical and Mailroom Support Services. As a result of these studies, performance of these functions shall remain in-house (or "solicitations will be issued, with the intent of conversion to contract performance. The Government retains the right to cancel these solicitations.") Appeals must be received in writing and within 20 calendar days after the publication date of this notice. The cost comparison information is available to affected parties upon request by contacting the individual below. Questions regarding this notice shall also be directed to Deborah Hepburn.
