- INDEFINITE DELIVERY-INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR IRRIGATION SYSTEM DESIGN, INSTALLATION AND EVALUATION IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN OREGON. This modification is issued to correct the location of possible contract activity and to add the statement of work to the RFP. The wording in the original solicitation should have included the following opening paragraph. The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking the submital of Standard Form 254 Architect-Engineer and Related Questionaire, and Standard Form 255 Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionaire for Specific Project for an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) engineering services contract within the state of Oregon. The engineering services will be for irrigation system design, installation and evaluation in Klamath County and various locations in Eastern Oregon. All firms will be required to be certified as a Technical Service Provider in accordance with the requirements found at the NRCS website: http://techreg.usda.gov In addition to the criteria listed in the statement of work, the evaluation criteria used to select a firm is as follows in descending order of importance: 1)Professional qualifications; 2)Specialized experience; 3)Past performance; 4)Capacity to accomplish work; and 5)Location SF-254 and SF-255 may be submitted and will be considered if received by no later than August 9, 2003. A maximum hourly rate offered will be used to evaluate the cost factor. It is possible that the NRCS may award two contracts without discussion.
