This is a modification to revise the date that the DRAFT PWS is open for public comment from 11:59 P.M., Eastern Daylight Time, July 18, 2003 to 11:59 P.M., Eastern Daylight Time, August 1, 2003. All comments must be submitted only by e-mail as an attachment to Benjamin.lardizabal@hq.doe.gov. All e-mailed responses must provide the return e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, and facsimile (fax) number in the body of the response. Telephone responses will not be accepted. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME. It is also the responsibility of the respondent to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis, solicitation, or other related documents.
