Description: The National Institute on Aging, IRP intends to negotiate on a sole source basis to Prairie Technologies to provide a custom-made, UV Photolysis System to NIH/NIA, Gerontology Research Center, 5600 Nathan Shock Drive, Baltimore, MD 21224. The UV Photolysis System to will be provided through a custom-designed UV-based photolysis to fit with existing confocal microscopes and calcium-imaging systems. The systems design shall be based on the specifications of the customer's exisitng imaging systems and tailored to the specific application for which the photolysis system will be used.
