Description
Provide all labor, equipment, material, tools, and qualified supervision to Renovate 2nd Floor B-400, Project 676-311, at VA Medical Center, Tomah, Wisconsin. In general this project will renovate 18,100 GSF on 2nd Floor of Building 400 for Ambulatory Care and Outpatient services. Specifically the work will consist of: 1) Complete demolition of the interior walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc. throughout the entire 2nd Floor of B-400 (18,100 GSF) including removal of asbestos containing pipe insulation and VAT flooring; 2) Construction of new Outpatient/Ambulatory Care (including, but not limited to, optometry, podiatry, respiratory therapy, agent orange, and EKG) exam rooms, restrooms, offices, nurses station, and other support areas on 2nd Floor of B-400, including all interior walls, ceilings, flooring, built-in casework, window treatments, finishes and the associated plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems; 3) Also included is the relocation of Speech and Audiology from B-408 to B-400; 4) Renovations will be compliant with all applicable codes including: UFAS, ADA, NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE and the Life Safety Code. Project Engineer is Kurt Marshaus at (608) 372-1684. NAICS code is 236220. Estimated issue date is July 24, 2003. Estimated dollar range is between $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. Award is subject to the availability of funds. Request for the solicitation must be submitted in writing.
