Furnish 1500 copies of the book titled ?Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of World Order? by Samuel P. Huntington, also the book ?The Epic Quest for Oil, Money, and Power ?for the Chief of Staff of the Air Force (CSAF) Professional Reading Program. It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This agency intends to award to Simon & Schuster, Inc., 1230 Avenue of the Americas, New York NY. 10020.
