Description

NA Sole Model/Brand for Redlake MASD Inc., Imagers and controller, which must be form, fit and function with existing units. Line Item 0001: Imager, Model Redlake HG100K, Color, Upgrade Ektapro EM HiSpec (1 each) and Imager, Model Redlake HG100K, Color, Upgra de Ektapro EM (1 each); and Line Item 0002: Controller, OmniSpeed TruSync, Redlake OS-TSMXJ (1 each). We are also offering the TRADE IN of one (1) each KODAK Hi Spec, EM 1012 and one (1) each KODAK EM 1012 to offset your offer price. This is a Combined syn opsis/solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, as supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Quotation, solicitation DABK4103T1002. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-148 (23 June 2003) and Defense Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Supplement (DFARS), 1998 edition, current to DCN 20030620. This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under SIC code 5043/NAICS 421410 with a small business standard of 100 employees. Item proposed must be Sole model/brand requested (Redlake) due to form, fit and function with existing units and include features addressed within this synopsis. Line Item 0001 description: Two (2) each RL-HG100K Redlake HG100K High Speed Camera; with: a) Up to 100,000 FPS; b) 1000 fps @ 1128/1504 pixels; c) 30 bit Color Imager; d) 3rd Gen CMOS; e) 2.1 GB Memory; f) MotionCentral Control SW; g) Tablet Controller w/LCD; h) NTSC output adapter; I) F&C lens adapter; and (j) Power supply. Line Item 0002 descri ption: One (1) each OS-TSMXJ OmniSpeed TruSync Controller; with: a) Model MX; b) IRIG Time Stamp for HG100K Cameras; c) TruSync +/- 2 usec per frame synchronization for connected cameras; and d) AutoDownload function with AVI/TIF/BAY2 file formats. END OF PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS. Delivery shall be made within 120 days after contract award. Destination (Nov1991. FAR 52.212-5 Contract Term and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order Commercial Items (Dec2001) with the following checked FAR cl auses: 52.203-6; 52.219-8; 52.219-14; 52.222-19; 52.222-21; 52.222-26; 52.222-35; 52.222-36; 52.222-37; 52.232-33; 52.232-34; and 52.232-36. DFARS Clause 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicab le to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (June 2003) with the following DFARS Clause checked: 52.203-3; 252.225-7014; 252.225-7015; 252.225-7036; 252.243-7002; 252.247-7023; 252.247-7024 and 252.225-7014. Your offer must include a fixed-price cost pr oposal, technical data on the items proposed, proposed delivery date, Representation and Certifications at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (June 2003) and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certification s-Commercial Items (Nov 1995) clearly marked with this Solicitation number, your company name and complete address, point of contact name, point of contact phone/facsimile number and e-mail address all e-mailed to Becci.Winkler@yuma.army.mil or FAX (928) 328-6849 no later than 4:00PM Mountain Standard Time (MST), 28 July 2003. It is anticipated that payment under this contract will be made by Government VISA credit card and offerors shall indicate whether or not they will accept payment by VISA or not. Costs proposals shall account for any costs associated with accepting credit card payment in their proposal. See Note 1.
