Description

NA Market Survey/Sources Sought Synopsis for firms that are capable of repairing the Gun Laying and Positioning System (GLPS), NSN 6675-01-430-1965. Repairs are in accordance with Military Specification MIL-PRF-53136. The system was procured to a performance specification with Leica Technologies, Inc., and technical data is not available. The proposed solicitation will result in a one year repair contract, with an option to extend the period of performance for an additional two years. Firms that recognize an d can repair the system are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contract Specialist and/or Contracting Officer and provide the following information: company name, point of contact, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, cage code, and i ndicate if the firm is large/ small/ small disadvantaged etc. All responses should be received by close of business 24 Jul 2003.The point of contact is Dee Ann DeWinter/dewinterd@ria.army.mil/Area Code (309) 782-3801.
