Description: NA The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to negotiate with Mitretek Systems, Inc., 3150 Fairview Park Drive South, Falls church, VA 22042-4519 (a non-profit organization) on a sole source basis to facilitate a Facility Life Cycle Manage ment (FLCM) program to systematically evaluate current and future infrastructure requirements for the Army Medical Department (AMEDD), Army, Tri-Service, TMA and interagency levels (the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Agriculature an d Department of Homeland Security). The period of performance is anticipated to be one base year with two one-year options. Intend to award an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Clins for Firm Fixed Price, Cost and Time and Materials are anticipated. This procurement shall be under other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
