- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The SIC is 7011. This solicitation serves as the Request for Quotation for lodging services at Camp Lejuene, NC. Scheduled time frames and items are: Item 0001: Fourteen (14) rooms from 07/28/ 2003 through 08/17/2003. Item 0002: Nineteen (19) rooms from 08/18/2003 through 08/19/2003. Item 0003: Twenty (20) rooms from 08/20/2003 through 09/24/2003. Item 0004: Fourteen rooms from 09/25/2003 through 10/03/2003. All responsible sources may sub mit a proposal, which shall be considered. Provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Instructions to Offers-Commercial and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items apply. Award will be based on the best value to the Government, which includes room rates, room tax rate, extended stay facilities such as in-room refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, telephone w/data port, TV, laundry facilities, iron/ironing board, and a reasonable commuting distance to and from Camp Lejuene NC. The Government reserves the right to shift lodging dates and/or cancel completely NLT 5 days prior to the start date. Payment shall be based on occupancy only. Offerors need to include a complete copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -Commercial Items with their offer (registered in CCR, DUNS Number, Cage Code, and Tax ID Number). The statement at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statues of Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. O ffers are due before 1600, 16 July 2003.
