Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision to chip and seal pave three (3) parking lots within the boundaries of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Summit and Cuyahoga Counties, Ohio. The work also includes, within one of the subject parking lots, to have a small section of the asphalt paving removed and be replaced with new asphalt paving. The NAICS code is 237310. The small business size standard is $28.5 million. The estimated price range of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Project performance time will be 45 days after issuance of the notice to proceed. This project is being solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. Accordingly, it is open to both small and large businesses. The solicitation with drawings, specifications, bid schedule, and wage rates will be posted to the websites, http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 24, 2003. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. To receive the Request for Quotation package you must download it from http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
