20 May 03 AMENDMENT OF SOLICITATION ISSUED BY: HQ PACAF/LGC 25 E. Street, Suite D-306 Hickam AFB, HI 96853-5412 SUBJECT: Solicitation KNMD2002-00-01, Amendment 03, Privatization of Military Family Housing, Hickam Air Force Base The purpose of this amendment is to delete the requirement to renovate the 36 Original Houses. Offerors shall acknowledge all solicitation amendments as required by the Offeror’s Cover Page, Appendix H of the solicitation. If you have questions or concerns please contact Jani Faris at 808-449-7451 or email jane.faris@hickam.af.mil. Change the solicitation as follows: 1. Table of Contents, Section 2.0 Existing Conditions Delete Subsection 2.4 Original Housing Area 2. Paragraph 1.4.1, Project Concept Delete the sentence, “The developer will also renovate 36 original Houses, which are not conveyed to the developer.” 3. Paragraph 1.4.1.1, Housing Conveyed Delete the Original Houses line from the chart. 4. Paragraph 2.1, General Existing Conditions Delete the sentence, “This Section also describes existing conditions of the Original Housing Area (Section 2.4), and associated improvements where the SO will be required to perform work on units retained by the Government (units and land will not be conveyed or leased).” 5. Paragraph 2.4, Original Housing Area Delete this entire Subsection (paragraphs 2.4 through 2.4.6). 6. Paragraph 3.3.8.7, Renovation Type H Delete the entire paragraph. 7. Paragraph 3.3.8.9, Requirements Delete the Original Housing column on the chart. 8. Paragraph 5.5.2, Volume IV – Design, Construction, and Renovation In the second to the last sentence, delete “…and Original Housing)”. 9. Paragraph 5.5.2.1 (2)(h), Square Foot Cost Delete “…and Original Housing”… 10. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-MAY-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 09-JUL-2003.
