Description

The USDA Forest Service intends to award within the funds available a negotiated RFP for Phase II HVAC/ PVC Piping/Mold Cleanup/Ceiling Replacement at our Delaware, OH Forestry Sciences Laboratory. Base Proposal is Upgrade HVAC System Phase II as described in SOW and removal and replacement of above-ceiling PVC water line with new appropriately sized PVC water line. Additive items are: 1) implement and manage the Mold Cleanup and removal; 2) removal and replacement of acoustical tile ceilings in the hallways of the East and West Wings. The government is expecting a system, upon completion that will perform into the next decades with high operational efficiency, a minimum of down time, a high level of occupant comfort, and minimum maintenance and operation cost. NAICS is 235110; size standard 12 million. This project is between $250,000 - $500,000. Solicitation will be posted to this website www.eps.gov and is expected to be issued o/a July 30, 2003. Those contractors NOT downloading the solicitation from the website MUST request sol in writing and fax request to 610-557-4224 ATTN: P. Pierce. Bonding will be required. This project is not set-aside for small business.
