Description: Solicitation number NA1341-03-Q-0642, dated July 03, 2003, is hereby amended to revise the technical specification referenced under specification number four (4) as follows: (4) The sample stage shall be capable of supporting and accessing imaging positions over a 5.0 centimeter diameter sample surface. All other specifications remain unchanged. The due date for quotations remains unchanged and all quotations shall be received by July 17, 2003 @ 3pm EST.
