- Description
- Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures and furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary to "Renovate Builidng 1" at first and second floors for project 538-03-102, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio as required by the drawings and specifications. Work to be completed within 450 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be available o/a 07/29/03. Drawings will not be available on the web and there will be a $50.00 non-refundable deposit for the drawings. Requests for drawings must be in writing, accompanied by a check or money order made payable to the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held Thursday, August 14, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the DVA Medical Center, Building 28, Room 213, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio; all prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to attend. 100% Set-Aside for HubZone Contractors.
