- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all material, labor & equipment necessary to perform in full compliance with the plans and specifications all work related to VA Medical Center Project No. 693-03-119, entitled "Site Improvements". Work shall include, but not be limited to the following; remove portions of existing concrete steps and sidewalks, handrails, metal nosings and other appurtenances to faciitate installation of new concrete steps, footers, sidewalks, handrails & modified support bases, metal nosings, and applicable line striping for parking spaces. Completion time is 120 calendar days. NAICS Code 238140 applies. Estimated Cost Range $100,000-$250,000. Requests for solicitation must be on company letterhead accompanied by a $50.00 non-refundable charge in the form of a check or money order payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs. SOL package available o/a 7/21/03. Subject to Availability of Funds.
