- Description
- Interested firms must be registered to perform construction work in the European community and meet requisites of Italian law 109 of 11 Feb 1994 and successful screening by the Italian ministry of defense. Magnitude of the construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The scope of project ASHE 02-1055, Repair Boiler Rooms Multi, Aviano AB Italy is to bring back to conform to upgrade 16 boiler rooms to current Italian codes. Prime trades involved are: masonry, electrical and mechanical. Structural modification of some boiler rooms is also involved as well as removal of above and underground fuel tanks and associated structures. The Boiler rooms are located in 5 different areas of Aviano Air Base, Italy. Boilers operating status will not be interrupted during heating season (ends 30 April), all other work can be performed during the heating season. Lo scopo del lavoro del progetto ASHE 02-1055, Repair Boiler Rooms Multi (Riparazione di centrali termiche), Base Aerea di Aviano (PN), ? quello di adeguare alle normative vigenti e riportare in condizioni efficienti e sicurezza le centrali termiche di 16 edifici siti in 5 diverse aeree della base aerea di Aviano. Le principali opere sono: edilizia, elettriche e termoidrauliche. Sono previste anche delle modifiche strutturali di alcune centrali nonche' la rimozione di serbati di gasoilio sia interratti che esterni con relative opere stutturali. Il funzionamento delle caldaie non potra' essere interrottto durante la stagione di riscaldamento (termina il 30 Aprile), tutte le altre opere possono essere eseguite durante la stagione di riscaldamento.
