Description

NA Renovate Kitchen in family Housing Areas 11,16, 18, and 25 thru 30, Fort Riley, Kansas. The project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specific ations for renovation of kitchens in family housing quarters, Fort Riley, KS. Quarters may be occupied or unoccupied. Proposed contract will be a three (3) year firm fixed price requirements contract. Sealed Bid (IFB)will be issued on or about 31 Jul 03 and will open on or about 2 Sep 03 with a site visit on or about 12 Aug 03. NO BID DOCUMENTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL MAILED NOR WILL TELEPHONIC REQUESTS BE ACCEPTED. Interested parties may download the solicitation from www.riley.army.mil/Services/Fort /Contracting.asp, click on DABJ41-03-B-0003 not earlier than the anticipated issue date. Interested parties will need to contact Ms. Lannie Pender via e-mail for copies of the project drawings which will be issued on a CD Rom, her address is Lannie.pender @riley.army.mil or FAX number 785-239-8983, when requesting the drawings state your business name, address, telephone number, business size, TAX ID number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code if known. The procurement is unrestricted. The esti mated cost is over $10 Million dollars. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 1522 or the North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) is 233220 and the small business size for this project is $28.5 Million dollars. Notification of any changes (amendment to the solicitation will be made only on the Internet.
