Description

It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning to provide and secure labor and material to paint and repair Quarters 750, 805, 812 AND 916 for change of occupancy, complete and ready for use. The work includes change of occupancy painting, demo of doors and base boards with lead paint on them in quarters 750, carpet replacement, kitchen and bath floor replacement, and miscellaneous minor repairs and replacement and incidental related work. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FREE OF CHARGE VIA THE INTERNET WORLD WIDE WEB AT http://esol.navfac.navy.mil (website). Hard copies (paper sets) of CD-ROM of solicitation WILL NOT be provided by the Government. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. The official plan holders list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website.--Plan holders lists WILL NOT be faxed and will only be available from the website. NOTIFICATION OF ANY CHANGES (AMENDMENTS) TO THE SOLICITATION WILL BE MADE ONLY ON THE INTERNET.--IT WILL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR ANY POSTED CHANGES. In accordance with DFAR 252.204-7004 all firms must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to any award of a contract.
