Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, Geologic Discipline, Eastern Publications Group, intends to make a non-competitive award via written request for quotation No. 03ER14-No Solicitation to American Geological Institute, Alexandria, Virginia for publication services for the period of July 15, 2003 through December 31, 2003.: 1) a catalog entitled "New Publications of the U.S. Geological Survey" in both monthly and quarterly electronic versions, accessible from the USGS home page and fully searchable; 2) the annual supplement entitled "Publications of the U.S. Geological Survey in an electronic version accessible from the USGS home page and fully searchable; and 3) an online data base consisting of all reports by USGS authors from 1880 to the present linked to the USGS home page and fully searchable. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The anticipated award date is 07/15/2003. NAICS is 422920. The RFQ may be viewed at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Information will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Determination to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice must be submitted via e-mail to: mfritts@usgs.gov by 07/15/2003. No additional synopsis will be published.
