Description

PR No: LTC03125011269. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Charger, Radiac Detector. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply: Jordan Nuclear Company, Cage 57133. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6665-00-856-8813; P/N: 750-5, Base Year AEQ: 242 each, Option Year AEQ: 200 each. Delivery: FOB/Acceptance at Destination, 25 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 4 August 03. The anticipated award date is 9 October 03. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
