- Description
- The US Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service in Parlier,CA has a requirement for a Real-time PCR system that permits reliable detection and quantification of nucleic acid sequences. PCR applications include gene expression, pathogen detection, allelic discrimination (SNP detection), and melting curve analysis. The system is preferably to allows nucleic acid detection as low as one initial template copy while delivering a linear range of up to ten orders of magnitude in starting copy number. System to be compacted and light weight so that it can fit on any lab bench. Equipment to consist of the following: DNA Engine thermal cycler, well unit holds one 96 well plate or 96x0.2ml tubes, Service maintenance PM one year, continuous fluorescence detector, Computer, 15?flat panel monitor, Hard Shell Microplates white shell white walls 50pk,0.2ML optical Flat Strip caps ultra clear 8oer strip 120 strips, DyNamo Sybr Green Qpcr kit, hard shell microplates 50pk,0.2 optical fit strip caps 8 per strip #120 qty 5, 0.2 ML strip tubes qty 5.
