- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F13ADR31741100 being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for certain commercial items found at FAR 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-14 and Class Deviation 2003-o0003, AFAC 2003-0501, AETC FAR Sup 15 APR 2003, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, and Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20030620. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System code is 443120 with a small business size standard of $7.5 million dollars per year. Line Item 1100: 15 ea, PureCMS Studio Suite, 15 User Licenses.
