Description

The Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, intends to solicit and negotiate with the Muroc Joint Unified School District, 17100 Foothill Avenue, Edwards California 93523 under the authority of FAR 6.302. The contractor will provide the rental of Thirty (30) classrooms located at Edwards AFB for a Basic year and Four (4) One (1) year Options starting in October 2003. The required Thirty (30) classrooms will be needed for the following hours, Monday through Friday 1600 through 2200 hours and Saturday and Sunday 0800 through 1700 hours. The solicitation reference number is F004700-03-T-0059. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to Nicholas A. Condos at the Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, 5 S. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
