Description: Nonpersonal services to include all labor, equipment, materials, expertise and transportation for annual maintenance of the Intralaboratory Image and Database Network System in accordance with a Statement of Objectives to be provided. The only source known capable of satisfying this requirement is Heritage Digital Inc of Florence SC due to certain proprietary information held by them which is unavailable to the Government. After a required waiting period, a solicitation of proposals, including the Statement of Objectives, will be provided at http://eps.gov. The proposal due date will be provided in the solicitation. No telephone requests will be accepted - only written requests received directly from the requester.
