Description

NA Work consists of furnishing and installing four (4) Gas Fired Unit Heaters with 250,000 btu/hr input. The work includes all of the following: four (4) each 250,000 btu/hr input, gas fired heater, stainless steel heater exchanger, natural gas, 208 volt, 6 0 Hz, 1 phase, limit control, transformer, power vent motor, vent relay, spark ignition, pilot, programmable thermostats, gas lines, two (2) stage gas valve and pressure switch. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitivenes s Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 238220 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years mu st not exceed $12 million.
