Description

NA The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, has a requirement for Synergix Print System 510DP-3(3 Drawer). Requirement is for system, delivery, installation, training, and maintenance agreement with 4 option periods. Solicitation No. DACW29-03-T-0073 i s issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation is issued as unrestricted. The requirement is being procured as a firm fixed price contract under FAR 12, Commercial Items. Delivery and maintenance required at USACE Sub-Office, Venice, LA 70091. All interested parties may request a complete solicitation package by fax (504) 862-2892, by e-mail to: Gerald.R.Sanderson@mvn02.usace.army.mil or electronic downloading from the New Orleans District website at www.mvn.usace.army.mil/. Requests for this solicitation shall be in writing, stating the solicitation number, complete company name, point of contact, address, area code and telephone number and facsimile number. No telephone requests will be accepted. Quotes are due on 23 July, 2003 at 10:00 A.M. NOTE: Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity. Information on registration may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at www.ccr2000.com. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun & Bradstreet. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by this agency.
