Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DADA19-03-T-0079. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotations, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acqu isition Circular 2001-14. . This is an unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519. Item 0001: Electrical Safety Analyzers, Pro Control Plus part # 15-544-2200 or comparable equal. The unit will be s mall, rugged, accurate, portable, and lightweight (2 lbs or less). The Universal Power Supply, input voltage, operating voltage range will be 85 - 265 VAC, 50/60 Hz,(quantity: 10 each). Delivery will be to Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. Contractor w ill provide the earliest delivery date. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. FAR clause 52.212-4 - Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition, as well as FAR clause 52.212-5 - Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders.
