Description

NA The Government has an upcoming requirement for Off-Site Mammography and Ultrasound Services within a 20 mile radius of Guthrie US Army Ambulatory Health Care Clinic, Ft. Drum, NY. The services will be performed at the contractor??????s facility on an appo intment basis for a minimum of eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week. Radiologists must be Doctors of Medicine or Osteopathy who have successfully completed internship and residency in an accredited US Diagnostic Radiology Training Program and a re Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology. Technicians performing under the contract shall meed FDA and ACR requirements. The contractor shall establish and provide education on breast self examination techniques and philosophies (BSE). Proposed contra ct will include a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods. This requirement is presently not being considered as restricted for small business or small disadvantaged business. This notice is submitted to identify possible small business so urces. If two or more small businesses are found, the requirement will be set aside for small business without further notice. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it commit the Government to an ultimat e acquisition approach. This sources sought synopsis may not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Replies to this notice must be received by 30 Jul 03.
